Links to other collections
I am not the only crazy person collecting old workstations. Here is a list of
fellow collectors, which collections you could enjoy.
They are listed in no particular order.

- Majix
Mostly SGI systems, with a few Sun, HP, DEC alpha, and NeXT machines as well. - Obsolyte
A few Sun, SGI, DEC alpha and NeXT machines. Not updated in many years, but the existing content is still mostly applicable. - Home for old
computers
Very large collection, from DEC PDP systems to recent IBM RS/6000, and not limited to Unix workstations. - Unsupported
Pictures of many different systems (SGI, Sun, HP, Data General...) - Typewritten
Large collection with a few details on some machines, especially troubleshooting help. Collection includes a Hobbit-based BeBox, IBM RT/PC, Sun 386i, Intergraph and other quite rare machines. - img.unixantichrist.net
Don't let the provocative domain name fool you. This site hosts many pictures of many different systems (and cars, as well). - Another
collection in Germany
A small collection with a few rare systems such as Sumitomo workstations. - Computer Zoo
A large collection in Japan with many curiosities, such as Intel i860-based workstations, for example the Kobuta Stardent. - Another museum in Japan
They have i860-based workstations, too. - Paul
Axford's collection
Another small but eclectic collection.
Dead links
These sites seem to no longer be available, and for some of them, there is no
archive available on the
Internet Archive.
If you ever find them reappearing, please notify me so that I can put them back in the previous section.

- IRIS Indigo
This site used to be dedicated to the SGI Indigo, with pictures and documentation. - Silicon Samsara
James Birdsall (of Sun Hardware FAQ fame) used to have a personal site there. The domain has not been renewed and the site is lost, except for two parts:- His Practical Guide to FDDI has been mirrored.
- His Jensen information page has been mirrored on the Internet Archive, albeit without the pictures.
- Mike Thompson's Sun page also disappeared from the Internet. The Internet Archive has a few copies, but none of the pictures, which were the most interesting part.
- This NEC RISCstation page seems to be completely lost.
